Professor (Margaret) Ann Farrell is Head of the School of Early Childhood and Chief Investigator Early Years Research in the Centre for Learning Innovation at Queensland University of Technology. Short Biography

Ann publishes from her research in early childhood education and care, research ethics, social capital, sociology of childhood and children and families in the criminal justice system.

Ann`s professional experience includes her work as a teacher in early childhood and primary school settings in rural and urban Australia and as an elementary teacher in British Columbia, Canada.
